As a multivendor marketplace, our return and refund policies may vary depending on the seller you purchase from. We encourage you to review each seller’s return policy listed on the product page before making a purchase.


🔄 General Return Guidelines

  • Return Eligibility:
    Most products are eligible for return within 7–14 days of delivery, depending on the seller’s policy. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    The following items are generally not eligible for return unless defective or damaged:

    • Custom-made or tailored clothing

    • Personalized jewelry

    • Intimate apparel (e.g., blouses with inner linings)

    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the seller.


💬 How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your account on AsianOutlets.com

  2. Go to My Orders

  3. Select the item you wish to return and click on Request Return

  4. Fill in the required details and upload any supporting images (if applicable)

  5. Once the seller approves the request, you'll receive instructions on how to ship the item back

Please do not return any item without first receiving confirmation from the seller or AsianOutlets support.


💸 Refunds

  • Refund Timeline:
    Once the return is received and inspected by the seller, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method. This typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

  • Partial Refunds or Rejections:
    If the returned item is used, damaged, or not in its original condition, the seller may issue a partial refund or reject the return. You will be informed of the decision.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping will be covered by the seller.

    • For other returns (e.g. change of mind, size issues), the buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs — subject to the seller’s policy.
